About this apartment rental
This spacious and high-quality 3-room apartment (approx. 61 m²) on the 4th floor (top floor) offers a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The flooring in the hallway and the living/dining room is laminate wood; the bedrooms have carpet; and the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.
The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the spacious entryway (with a coat rack and large dresser), you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.
The elegant and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a spacious sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the lake-facing balcony (north-facing) with balcony furniture. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation in peace! Another large, sunny balcony (south-facing) is accessible through the first bedroom.
For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with two flat-screen TVs (in the living room and the first bedroom) as well as a stereo system with a CD player. In addition, the apartment features a small selection of board games as well as free Wi-Fi.
The separate kitchen includes a fully equipped, high-quality built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator and separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and completely equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The cozy and nautically themed first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), nightstands, a spacious closet, a dresser, a chair, and a TV, and offers access to the second balcony (south-facing). Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying a sweeping view over the rooftops and into the countryside, and in the evening, savor the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!
The separate, additional second bedroom (children’s room) features two separate single beds (90 x 200 cm) with plenty of storage space under the beds.
The bright bathroom (with a window / natural light) features a bathtub with a real-glass shower enclosure, a mirror cabinet, a sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, a towel radiator, and ample counter space.
In addition, your apartment includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.
A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.
You can park your car free of charge in a parking space (No. 19) assigned to your apartment; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the residential complex grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your residential complex.
The elevator takes you comfortably from the basement all the way up to the top floor.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balconies for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
