Horrible experience

Nothing

It was dirty and the bed was full of bed bug in one bedroom with the metal bed. I and my partner was bitten all over our body and got red itchy welts all over. We still have the spots on our arm, face, neck and waiting for GP appointment. The bed is also broken and makes lots of noise. The bathroom is a disaster, too dirty. The kitchen is horrible, no necessary kitchen ware. In a nutshell this is the worst place I have ever booked. We all look for cheap price, but it doesn’t mean you offer something like this to a person.

Decepção, mentira quanto a climatização do apartamento, o que não existe, o responsav não responde a mensagem depois da

Localização

Regarding the apartment, we chose this apartment because the ad says it has air conditioning, which is not true. The apartment has an air conditioner that doesn't work in one of the bedrooms. Even if it did work, it wouldn't be enough to heat the apartment. The person in charge is distant and uninterested. When we complained about the air conditioning problem, saying it didn't match the apartment's ad, he said there was only air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. Another problem is that the air conditioning remote control didn't work. When we informed the person in charge, he sent a configuration manual for the remote control. At first, we thought it was because the air conditioning was very old. Later, we saw that the air conditioning wasn't working because we tried to turn it on directly using the button, which didn't work. This isn't fair because we paid the amount requested for the accommodation because it was supposed to be an air-conditioned apartment, which isn't the case. At this time of year, with the heat, it was difficult to sleep because there wasn't even a fan. Another problem was that the air conditioning was broken, so we had to sleep with the windows open, which made it difficult to sleep because of the street noise. Another issue is the cleanliness of the apartment; there are even cobwebs on the ceiling, which should be cleaned. I can't deny that the apartment is in a good location, close to everything, but the lack of air conditioning is a real pain this time of year. Since the apartment doesn't meet the information provided at the time of booking—it's not air-conditioned—I would like a discount in the form of a refund, as we chose and paid for this apartment because it was said to have air conditioning.
