My experience at Seya Panoramic Hotel was absolutely outstanding! From the beautiful accommodations and private swimming pool in our room to the thoughtful birthday flowers and wine they surprised me with, everything was simply amazing!
The spa room was hands down the best I have ever experienced! The service was truly top-tier and exceeded anything I have experienced during my travels around the world. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.
A special thank-you to the wonderful young lady I took a picture with! Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but I have included our photo because she deserves recognition for her exceptional hospitality.
The luxury, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made this experience unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, five-star experience!
Everything perfectly

Orange, our buttler was so nice and has always done her best to help us.❤️❤️❤️
Location of the hotel is perfect.
We had room smaller than what was expected.
There are serious soundproofing issues in the room.
Only 2 types of in-room breakfast are proposed as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Not bad but third part made.
Laundry is not accepting underwears or socks, they have to ask a third part dry cleaning if you want to clean those parts.
No iron, they give wrinkled clothes back to you.
Storm Spa has to be maintained urgently :
The LED screens are starting to peel away, and some are already damaged. Rust is beginning to appear here and there on the metal structures.

The hotel is in the center of Jiefangbei, with convenient transportation. It is very convenient to travel. Lulu's housekeeping service is very good. The room is clean and tidy, equipped with a Dyson hair dryer, the bathtub is large, and it is very photogenic.
