We had an exceptional 5-night stay! The location is unbeatable—within easy walking distance of Raffles City and Hongya Cave, with stunning high-floor riverfront views. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Most importantly, our housekeeper, Nian Gao (年糕), provided world-class service. Nian Gao was attentive, warm, and responsive to every detail throughout our entire stay, making us feel completely at home.
Nothing at all—everything was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

The staff were extremely helpful and generous and the room exceeded my expectations. They offer daily cleaning every morning. The views are breathtaking.

This hotel is above all the expectations ! Palace label should be on it. Staff is doing everything to make your experience and stay even better than you expected !
Nothing at all !

The location is good but parking is a nightmare if you plan on driving.
It shares the same building as many other hotel so the elevator get super busy. The room is build in a way that it looks good but it’s not great. Generic furniture like the type you would find from IKEA. Built quality is subpar. My bath was leaking water every time I fill it up.
