The room was spacious and the bed is comfortable. Even the bathroom is big. The room has a little cupboard to put your clothes and/or to hang your stuffs.
The check-in counter, which is located in the Songtam Restaurant, is not conducive. There was a table of customers eating when I wanted to check in. If no one tells me where is the counter, I won't know. And the person is a foreign worker. Not being biased, but he was not welcoming (sulky face). *Perhaps, get an actual reception staff to do this job.

"Spacious, very clean and practical (there is a rack and hangers to put our clothes despite no wardrobe). The bathroom was also clean and water pressure is brilliant"
