Nice hotel design and friendly staff.
A bit off city center.

The mystery concept
Only provide 1 access card, hard for customer to go down to get something or forgot to bring stuff from the car

Cafe/restaurant was great, gym was decent, and we had fun playing cards in the meeting room. The general vibe and aesthetic of the hotel was lovely.
Our room was a bit of a let down. We’d booked the “superior room” and it was tiny. I have no idea what qualified it as superior. Also some little touches which would make the room much better - a couple more hooks to hang clothes/towels from, and a proper bedside table on both sides of the bed (one only had a small stool acting as a bedside table, but maybe this is because the room was so small!!)
