Location of the property was great and close to most things, although (no fault of theirs), the actually location to access property was a litte unsafe. The gates on a very scetchy blind tight corner and so whilst trying to access the key safe and get into the gates was a little nerve wracking in the dark.
Was happy with everything about the property. The view was amazing and definitely an added bonus to have the jacuzzi too. Bathroom great with little extras and bed was huge. Kitchen was useful as it enabled us to enjoy the full apartment and have a night in.
Only downside was that we bought some wine to go with our evening meal and jacuzzi chills, and couldn't find the bottle opener. Host suggested that the previous guests must have taken it. Well that wasn't helpful for us right in that moment!! And then when we went to cook our long awaited steak, we found that the gridle pan does not work with that hob (little useless then), so we had to make use with the other small pans. Not a huge issue though as most wouldn't even require these amenities

The view was breathtaking, overlooking the lake and boats, and the jacuzzi was amazing. The villa itself has two floors: the first floor features a spacious kitchen, while the second floor includes a bedroom, a bathroom, and the jacuzzi. Both floors have separate air conditioning units, which made the stay very comfortable during the hot weather outside.
For walkers like us, getting there can be a challenge. Although there is a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away, the road is winding and can be dangerous because cars tend to drive at high speeds. I would not recommend walking there at night, as the road is not illuminated.
The nearest supermarkets and restaurants are in Como, which is about a 20-minute bus ride away.

amazing view. Amazing apartment. Clean and organized. Location is hard to reach by public transport.

Vista veramente bella, vasca grande e funzionale
