About this apartment rental
This cozy 2-room apartment (approx. 33 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All rooms in the apartment have tile floors.
The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 3 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
The cozy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 3 chairs, and a sideboard. From here, the French balcony (facing south) offers a sunny view of the neighboring gardens.
For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV as well as a mini stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and two wardrobes. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a low threshold and a real glass partition, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.
You can store your shoes and jackets in the large coat closet in the apartment’s entryway.
If needed, there is a laundromat very close to your vacation rental (approx. 150 m) where you can wash your vacation clothes.
You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked behind the building. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop right near your apartment complex.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
