Great place great location, perfect for what we needed. Right next to the metro station Municipo. Takes you to Garibaldi train station to go to Sorrento, Pompeii. Directly in front to get the ferry. The staff we really helpful Alexandra, Luigi and Noemy. Also received quick responses to any messages we sent. We were able to store our luggage so made full use of our final day. We were given towels to freshen up and a taxi was ordered for us to go back to the airport. Don’t be put off by the entrance. The lift does charge 10cent which was kindly given to us once we got upstairs, didn’t need the lift until the final day to take luggage down. Highly recommend and would go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for the 5 nights we were in Naples. It was a very convenient location, especially to the ferry terminal (5 minutes away), along with many sights of the city. The room was modern, neat and clean. The bed was comfortable and continental breakfast was good. The staff was great, especially Naomi who was the one we had most contact with during our stay.
