Was only here for a stopover for 1 night. Great position. Close to shops and the port which is a nicer part of Naples. Convenient for our needs.
The terrace bar was not open the night we were here. Whilst we were able to access the area, no service or staff were available to have a drink. Disappointing as the hotel advertises the area as being open till 11.00pm. We had come back to the hotel to have a drink after dinner and this was a disappointing end to the night.

Great location. The staff where very helpful and friendly. I only stayed one night but it was perfect for my needs. Very close to the port so easy to catch a ferry. The room was clean and comfortable.
My only complaint is that even though there was a kettle available to make a tea or coffee there was no crockery just paper cups and the coffee I made was not drinkable.

Ideal location and spotlessly clean room. Staff most accommodating. Breakfast could have been better.

Spotless room with great balcony.
