About this apartment rental
This bright and comfortable 2-room apartment (approx. 50 m²), located on the first floor near the beach, is highly functional and fully furnished. The bedroom has laminate flooring, while the living room, kitchen area, entryway, and bathroom/toilet have tile floors.
The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the entryway—which features a coat rack, mirror, small bench with shoe storage, and a dresser—you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.
The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a china cabinet; and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² sunny balcony (facing southwest) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!
For your entertainment, the vacation apartment features 2 flat-screen TVs, a stereo system, and a small selection of books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker and coffee pod machine, electric kettle, toaster, and a small table. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The cozy and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200), nightstands, a spacious wardrobe, and a large wall mirror, and includes an additional TV.
The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for 2 more people.
The modern bathroom features a low-entry glass shower (senior-friendly!), a sink, a toilet, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a shelf, and ample storage space.
The apartment also has a separate storage room for suitcases and luggage.
You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet with a bench and shoe rack in the apartment’s entryway.
At the rear of the residential complex is a large lawn where guests are also welcome to relax.
You can park your car free of charge in an underground parking space assigned to your apartment (maximum clearance height 2.00 m!) in the building’s basement; you can park your bicycles in bike racks at the rear of the property or together with your car in your assigned parking space in the underground garage. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
