Built in 2006 in the seaside resort architectural style, the Residenz Ostseestrand is located in a prime, quiet location close to the beach in the West district of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. The fine sandy beach is just 50 meters away—the ideal starting point for a perfect beach vacation!
But even on cold days, the apartment complex is a top vacation destination: A sauna is available to our guests free of charge. There is also an elevator and a bicycle storage room in the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. The vacation apartment features two balconies with ocean views and a parking space.

COZY 3-ROOM MAISONETTE APARTMENT WITH 2 BALCONIES WITH OCEAN VIEWS
Welcome to Vacation Apartment No. 41 in the Ostseestrand building! This lovingly and comfortably furnished 3-room maisonette vacation apartment is located on the second floor of the building and features 2 balconies facing northeast. With approximately 70 square meters of living space, up to 4 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. You’ll find a welcoming living and dining area with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest restroom. Both floors of the apartment are fitted with high-quality, hypoallergenic, and hygienic designer vinyl flooring.
The living area, furnished with high-quality furniture, features a cozy sofa set and a 65-inch smart TV. The two genuine leather sofas offer comfortable seating. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. The open kitchenette is equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven, a built-in microwave at a comfortable standing height, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen’s amenities.
The two bedrooms and the shower room are located in the upper living area. In the first bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious closet with a full-length mirror offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm). Pleated blinds are installed on the windows in the bedrooms to provide privacy and block out light.
The bathroom, featuring a shower, a large sink, and storage space for your toiletries, along with the guest restroom, round out the overall appeal of this beautiful vacation apartment.

For the 2026 season, guests of this vacation rental will have a beach chair (located to the left of beach access point 20) will be available free of charge. Look forward to relaxing hours right by the sea and enjoy the fresh sea air in your own private beach retreat!
Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not permitted.
The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are available for rent per person. Please place your order well in advance so that we can have the linens package ready for you in the apartment before your arrival. As an additional service, free Wi-Fi internet access is available to you; however, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions.
A free parking space is available for guests of this vacation rental. You can securely store any bicycles you bring with you or rent in the bicycle storage room. A washing machine and dryer are located in the property and can be used for a fee.
