About this apartment rental
Modern apartment of approximately 65 square meters, ideal for 4 people, located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (20 steps to reach it). The apartment is located in a residential area of Antignano, a coastal neighborhood known for its natural beauty, picturesque beaches, and historic charm. Just 50 meters from the sea and about a 15-minute drive from the city center!
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The space
The approximately 65-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (twenty steps to access it).
The space is laid out as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), sofa, dining table, TV, and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and dresser;
- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, and dresser;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BALCONY furnished with a small table and chairs;
- COMMUNAL GARDEN.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi, soap, independent heating, split-system air conditioning (one unit shared between the living room and bedroom), washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, and iron.
PLEASE NOTE. Please note that the garden is shared with other residents.
Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.
Other details to note
Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Livorno, which is 1 or 1.70 euros per person per night, depending on the season.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to submit the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Livorno Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
A fee is required for late check-in:
