A large entryway leads to a study and an octagonal room on the right; continuing on, you’ll find a large hallway flanked by a spacious kitchen, an utility room with a washing machine, and a dining room, plus 3 bedrooms—1 with a double bed and 2 with twin beds—and 2 large bathrooms with showers.
The bedrooms, dining room, and kitchen are equipped with air conditioning.
The apartment is on the first and top floor and is rented as a whole; there is another apartment on the same landing. The villa is located in the most beautiful area of Livorno, home to the city’s most stunning villas—all in Art Nouveau style—near the sea (a 300-meter walk), though it does not have a sea view.
One bedroom faces the garden, so it’s very quiet and peaceful, as is the kitchen, while the other bedrooms, the living room, etc., face the street, so you’ll hear a little noise when the windows are open.
A beautiful, stylish apartment, perfect for a very comfortable vacation. Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Close to Pisa and only a 40-minute drive from Florence. During your vacation, you’ll visit interesting cities like Lucca and Pisa, just a stone’s throw from Livorno. Visit Siena, the most beautiful city in Tuscany, as well as Montepulciano, Suvereto, Cortona, and Arezzo. In Bolgheri, you can taste the famous Sassicaia wine. It’s a 30-minute drive to Forte dei Marmi, VIP, and Viareggio.

Good location, very spacious apartment with easy access to close by restaurants and attractions. Stephan was very helpful on check-in. A/C was a little hard to operate and the stairs are quite a challenge, especially dragging luggage upstairs. Parking on street was close. Older building and furnishings but comfortable.

The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The apartment is large with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, separate dining area, an office, laundry room and large kitchen. The ocean is walking distance. Barrachina Bianca is a lovely cafe for coffee and is about 1/2 mile north of the property on Viale Italia. Wonderful host who is easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The house was beautiful and spacious which we
enjoyed even for us 2. My husband and I both had
our own bathrooms. It was very convenient to get
anywhere in the city or around it. Stafano and his
sons were excellent hosts. We would stay there again,
$$$$
