About this apartment rental
This bright, cozy, and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 48 m²) on the top floor (4th floor) is highly functional and fully furnished. The hallway, living room, kitchen area, and bathroom/toilet are tiled; the bedroom has carpet.
The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; as well as a sideboard and various cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the large balcony (facing north) with a partial side view of the sea and balcony furniture. Here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view over the rooftops and gardens of Kühlungsborn all the way to the lighthouse in Bastorf!
For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV (with cable) and a stereo system. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The country-style kitchen, which opens onto the living/dining area, features a fully equipped, high-quality built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans.
The cozy and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a spacious closet.
The bathroom (with heated floors) features a shower with a low, senior-friendly (!) entry, a towel radiator, a sink, and a toilet, as well as ample storage space.
A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.
You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment, and your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the residential complex’s grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex.
The elevator takes you comfortably from the basement all the way up to the attic.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
