מלון בוטיק אלגנטי, משופץ בטוב טעם, נעים ורגוע, מיקום מצויין, מספר צעדים מהאגם. העיירה עצמה קטנה שקטה ונעימה (אולי כי היינו מחוץ לעונה..?)
קבלת הפנים של עימנואלה הייתה עניינית, ידידותית, אדיבה ונעימה מאוד.
החדר היה מקסים, מרווח, שלוש מרפסות קטנות, מיטה נוחה מאוד (מזרון קשה כמו שאנחנו אוהבים), רמת המצעים והמגבות גבוהה, אמבטיה מפנקת ומרווחת.
חנייה סגורה קרובה ונוחה בעלות של 10 אירו ליום.
ארוחת הבוקר טעימה, מאפים טריים, ביקשנו אומלט וקיבלנו.
היינו בקומה העליונה עם גישה למרפסת הגג המהממת שבה הנוף לאגם רחב יותר, ונראה כי בעונה היא פעילה כבר. בקומת הכניסה גינה קטנה ומטופחת ומסעדה אינטימית, שלא ניסינו אותה.
הלכו לקראתנו ואיפשרו לנו להישאר מעבר לשעת הצ'ק אאוט.
אילו היינו יודעים היינו לוקחים שיט מפלה לעיירה הגדולה ממול, אורטה סן ג'וליו, כי להגיע לעיירה הזו עם רכב ולמצוא חנייה זה בלתי נסבל.
יש מקום להרחיב את ארוחת הבוקר, למרות שהייתה טעימה הייתה די מוגבלת ביחס לארוחת בוקר המצופה ממלון מושקע כזה.
בחדר אמבטיה היה רק סבון רחצה.
חבל שנשארנו רק לילה אחד.

Posizione vicinissima al lago e anche comoda se si arriva in macchina. Pulizia della camera eccellente. Colazione buona con prodotti freschi. Torte buonissime

Bella la struttura,staff gentile e premuroso verso il cliente. Abbiamo anche cenato nel loro ristorante ed è stato ottimo,sia il trattamento che le portate. Ottima anche la colazione con varietà tra dolce e salato. In generale un posto consigliatissimo.
Nulla.. se non i pochi giorni e l’aver sfruttato poco l’hotel.

It was pristine clean and staff were wonderful…it is very quiet in pella but beautiful…the boats aren’t that frequent to go to Orta that was the downside.
Loved it no downside.
