The single factor that stood out for me is the warmth, friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff at this hotel. In particular, Marta and Sara who both went beyond what I expected by giving me enormous help with car parking during my stay. My room, and the hotel common spaces, were contemporary in design, very comfortable and immaculately clean. I was made to feel welcome and well-looked after here. The roof top terrace, where breakfast is served, has brilliant views and a comfortable vibe. My breakfast was very good and the staff again were friendly and attentive. I very much enjoyed my short stay here and would have no hesitation to return in future.
Not much, if anything could've been better. I'd have to be pretty fussy to find fault here.

From as soon as we walked through the door, to be greeted by Daniela in such a warm way was a good sign this was going to be a brilliant place be. The room was immaculate, extremely spacious, it’s own Kitchen, very good shower, very comfy bed. A small gym and spa in the hotel too was a very nice surprise and was very good too!
Location outstanding, 2 minute walk into the town centre, lots of lovely restaurants to eat and bars to drink. All the staff at the hotel were truly brilliant and I cannot thank them enough for the warm welcome and hospitality in the time we were there
Nothing at all, was a brilliant stay

Breakfast choice was somewhat limited - but this was a minor point

From the moment we booked, Marta was in direct contact with us and was able to accommodate a special request, which we really appreciated. She personally greeted us at the door when we arrived and made us feel welcome right away. From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional. Hotel Sempione is a hidden gem in Stresa, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. An easy 10/10—we highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
