Central London on steroids. Loved it!

So comfortable, clean, perfect location. The roof terrace was incredible special. I will 100% be coming back!

Honestly, nothing. It was 10/10, perfect.

an expensive apartment, whith poor caretaking

I chose Arcore Premium Apartments Spitafields, for me and my adult children, because there was a lot of space and especially because it had a roof terrace. We arrived on 5 December around 4 pm and around 6 pm we were ready to take a trip on the roof. The door to the roof terrace creaked and banged and could only open approx. 30 degrees. After that we tried to close it, but it didn't work. We contacted our contact person who wanted a video of what had happened. We had to make the video and send it to the contact person. After a lot of talking back and forth, a young and polite man came and looked at the damage. He could do nothing. We therefore had to sleep in an apartment that was completely open to anyone, human or animal, and which caused icy cold passages in the house. It was very unsafe. The next day we were again in contact with our contact person. Around 10 o'clock a new friendly man who knew the house came. He managed to close the roof door. Although we might be able to use the roof terrace after it was done, we certainly didn't want to, fearing that we would have to spend more time of our very short vacation repairing structural damage. I mean I paid for something I didn't get. The roof terrace was not available the first 2 days. We have been forced to stay in the apartment and spend time on something that shouldn't be a problem in an apartment at that price, and it has been unsafe to sleep in the apartment the first night. I draw attention to the fact that the people who were around us were both polite and welcoming. I have send 3 mails to Acore, and I haven´t got any reply at all.
