Arrived on the Stansted express, right into Liverpool St. Station. Just came out of the station, and there was the hotel, right across the street. Perfect. No need to walk or get a taxi to the property. Perfect location, and one can get to most places around London, using the underground, which is in Liverpool St. Station. So no need to waste time looking for buses, etc... Apartment was a fine size. Had a kitchenette, table, microwave, cooker, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, etc.. Also in the bathroom, there was a washing machine.
Bathroom sink tap, wasn't great. It was more like what comes out of a shower head, with only a spray of water coming out of the tap. Tap needs to be unclogged from lime build up. Bathroom is a bit small. other than that, the apartment was spot on.

I’ve stayed here many times and love the location
I had a mouse in my room . I had to be relocated at night and move all my luggage. . I would of thought the least the management could have done was refund me for that night of inconvenience
