We stayed in Triple room with private bathroom and our stay was perfect. The room was spacious with canal view. Great location, just 5 min. walking from the Fondamente Novo boat stop.
The kitchen was fully equipped so we could also cook. The fridge was in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and we would come back again. Family with two small kids, 4 nights stay.

very nice location.
