Location. The room was clean and cosy. We had use of a kitchen which was well equipped and clean.

Food not included. Location was very good, able to walk into the city and down to the river. Good bus service down to Topsham.
The shower needs a really good scrub. There was a lot of mold in the grouting and soap scum in the tiles. Really nasty.
The hot water and heating didn’t work on my first morning, so I had to go out without having a chance to shower. Apparently this is a problem with “the system” when the pressure drops. I got the impression it might be a frequent problem with “the system” which suggests that a new system would be a really good idea. I expect to be able to have a shower when I’m paying £95 a night to stay here.
