The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was sizeable and well kept.
The lighting in the room all had black lampshades, sending all light up or down, making things dull, no overhead lights near mirrors, only for the desk. The tv in the room was extremely small and low res, making reading the freeview guide very hard.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, location was good.
The room was very warm and I was unable to adjust the heating. Thin walls, able to hear other guests coming and going.
