As had a fabulous stay at Chiara’s apartment!

Loved the location. The host was very helpful and answered all of our questions promptly. The apartment was exactly as presented. The size of the apartment was great and no big stairs to carry our luggage up.

Very good place to spend a few nights in Venice

The location is very good - you have Scuola Grande di San Rocco and Basilica di Santa Maria Gloriosa literally around the corner. It's also quite easy to get to Piazzale Roma by foot, and the vaporetto stop is also pretty close. It's quiet, and your windows overlook a beautiful secret garden. On one hand, the apartment gives pleasant vibes of an old Venetian home, on the other, it has everything necessary for a short or long-term stay. In the kitchen, the stove is kinda old-fashioned but surprisingly powerful. Also, you get both the classic and the modern coffee-maker. In two bedrooms, the beds are nice and comfortable. The bathroom has everything you might need, except for a washing machine. Also, the sink and the main bathroom space have a door separating them, which is convenient when you're traveling not alone. Chiara was a very good host, she send us detailed guide with the accommodation rules, kindly allowed to check in a bit sooner, met in person and gave a couple quite useful advises about staying in Venice. Would definitely recommend!

Having a washing machine would've been good for a more long-term stay, but, on the other hand, you could visit the public laundromat nearby. Most windows have mosquito nets, but some of them don't, so you need to pay attention what you're opening for the night.
