We loved it. It was beyond our expectation. Marvelous interior. A blend of modern convenience and classic interior. The owner definitely gave thoughts and attended to details for a pleasant stay. Short walk to the water bus (vaporetto) station. Walk to central bus station (Pizzala Roma) was very doable even with luggages.
Nothing negative. Just more on continuous improvement, e.g. written instructions on how to operate the washing machine will help international travelers even though they may be obvious or trivial for the EU residents. They will great improve the stay from excellent to beyond.

Communication with the host and her helper was great. They answered questions quickly and were easily accessible. Location was great.
The bedrooms were musty smelling. The decor was a little outdated.
