Welcome to Apartment 549!
This two-room vacation rental features a southeast-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment consists of a living room with a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm), a kitchen with a serving hatch, a bathroom with a shower and a hinged window, and a bedroom with separate beds (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) that cannot be pushed together, and also a hinged window for ventilation.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels.
All of our properties are non-smoking.
Wi-Fi is not provided.
Barbecues are not permitted anywhere in the apartment complex.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.
A variety of recreational activities around the Ferienpark provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.
Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are protected by law and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during this time.
The vacation complex features a shared laundry room with several washing machines and a clothes dryer. The machines can be used for a fee.
Please also note that the vacation complex is not barrier-free and is not wheelchair-accessible.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und hat einen super Blick auf die Ostsee.
Das Schlafzimmer war sehr klein. Die Betten sind am Kopfteil und am Fußteil mit einer Wand begrenzt, man kann die Füße nicht über das Fußteil hängen lassen. Das sollten Menschen mit einer Größe über 2,00 m bedenken. Bei meinem Mann (1,96 m ) ging es gerade so. Schade, dass das Schlafzimmerbild die Begrenzung am Fußteil nicht zeigt. Es ist gut, dass ein Fahrstuhl im Haus ist. Es war sehr ruhig im Haus (Weihnachten und Silvester).
Mein Mann und ich haben über Weihnachten und Silvester ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen. Die Ostsee lag direkt vor uns. Wir sind viel Spazieren gegangen und haben das Feuerwerk direkt vom Balkon am Strand sehr genossen. Wenn wir uns noch einmal für Sierksdorf entscheiden würden, würden wir uns wieder an das Team Petersen für eine Ferienwohnung wenden

Es ist einfach unglaublich schön dort zu sein... man fühlt sich wie zuhause... ich würde immer wieder kommen.
