Location is excellent! Colosseum is a short walk away along with many historic sites. Restaurants are right on the doorstep. Three flights of stairs up but it was no problem for our group. Check in was easy.

Wonderful property - authentic, clean, and comfortable. Fabulous location within walking distance to the Coliseum with numerous restaurants and shops at your doorstep. Loved that the property manager showed us around the apartment when we arrived and made sure we had coffee pods and dish soap. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the wait to get in and cleaners arriving early on our check out day. We had to wait over 30 minutes on the doorstep with all our bags at check in and the cleaners were knocking on the door 20 minutes before departure.

Our host was nice, but couldn’t do much about the fact that there is only enough hot water for two people to take showers and the water pressure is so low you can hardly wash. There were four of us so two had to wait. The showers were also not clean. They do not provide hand soap so you have to immediately go buy some. They also didn’t have any other toiletries When we got there so we had to wait for the maids to come back. There were also two guys that came to work on the bathroom that we didn’t know about and had to wait for them to finish because we didn’t want to leave all our things unattended. The place looks much better in pictures than in reality also. We were pretty disappointed. The best thing was the location was pretty good.
