From the Lagobello residence, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and take in a beautiful landscape featuring the peaks of the Swiss Alps and the wooded slopes of the Italian shore. The Lagobello Residence features a large park with a beautiful pool (approx. 15 m x 8 m). The pool is scheduled to be open from approximately the end of May to the end of September, weather permitting.
, When you exit the residence through the front, you’ll find yourself right next to a children’s playground and just a 3-minute walk from the public beach. If you exit the residence through the back, you’ll immediately enjoy the comforts of city life, as you can easily walk to the historic center of Germignaga with its cafés, shops, and restaurants, as well as to Luino (see above) with its ferry terminal and famous Wednesday market.
