A well equpped and comfortable apartment with a fabulous viewp

Stark renovierungsbedürftige Unterkunft mit Hygieneproblemen, Ameisenbefall und Lärmbelästigung.
Die Aussicht vom Balkon war das einzige Positive an dieser Unterkunft.
Ich kann von dieser Unterkunft nur abraten:
1. Die Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe sind unzureichend. Die Unterkunft wird über Booking als Partnerangebot von Interhome angeboten, der Schlüssel muss jedoch bei einer Immobilienagentur im Ort abgeholt werden.
2. Die Toilette riecht nach Urin, das Appartement war nicht sauber, Lampenschirme und Rollos sind defekt. Im Schlafzimmer ist das Fliegengitter mit Panzertape befestigt.
3. Im Bad gibt es noch nicht mal eine Halterung für die Toilettenbürste. Diese steht in einem Plastikbecher!
4. Vor der Nutzung mussten Geschirr und Besteck gespült werden, da sie klebrig waren.
5. In der ganzen Wohnung und insbesondere in der Küche gibt es einen massiven Ameisenbefall. Die Zubereitung von Speisen ist kaum möglich. Zudem fanden wir Spinnen vor. Die bereitgestellten Putzutensilien waren leer oder zu alt und unbrauchbar. Ein Ameisenmittel stammte aus dem Jahr 1993.
6. Zum Appartement gehört ein Kellerraum für die Auflagen von Liegen und Gartenmöbeln. Der Raum riecht stark nach Schimmel, die gelagerten Gegenstände haben den Geruch angenommen und sind nicht nutzbar.
7. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 20 Meter von einer Bahnlinie entfernt. Nachts verkehren stündlich Güterzüge. Zudem befindet sich ein Recyclinghof in unmittelbarer Nähe.
8. Während unseres sechstägigen Aufenthalts erschienen nach vier Tagen unangekündigt Mitarbeiter der Immobilienagentur mit zwei Elektrikern, um einen von den Vorgästen bekannten Defekt am Fernseher zu beheben.
9. Unsere Bitte nach einer andere Unterkunft wurde von Booking und Interhome abgelehnt.
10. Interhome war schwer erreichbar. Erst nach mehreren Anrufen konnten wir jemanden erreichen. Die Kommunikation empfanden wir nicht kundenorientiert.
Unterkunft in schlechtem Zustand, mit erheblichen Hygiene- und Lärmproblemen sowie unzureichendem Kundenservice. Das Appartement und die gesamte Ausstattung haben die besten Jahre hinter sich.
