Location is awesome
There has been no response to my request for a room change. While the room is cleaned, the towels provided are worn out—they feel very old and dirty. The hotel smells of dampness and mustiness, the breakfast is very poor, and there is no one to address suggestions, requests, or complaints.

The building is new , modern and clean
Room cleaning can be done till 16:00, which is a bit late. There were no plug adapters for the two pin kettle
Provided by the hotel which is weird.
