The room and bathroom were very tidy and cleaned thoroughly (almost too clean as you could smell the chemicals for a little while after checking in). The bed was very comfortable and of good size.
The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It's nice that you don't need to carry keys with you. You just need to remember the codes for the locks.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Overall a clean place with a good location, but worth noting the following:
This is not an apartment, but more like an ensuite room with shared kitchen. Since the (squeaky) room door leads straight to the kitchen, you can hear everything. We were lucky with mostly quiet neighbours.
The fridge in the room is small but enough. It did however have a lot of condensation from the freezer compartment, so cover everything you put into the fridge.
Also we were missing the mosquito net on the window which was installed by the cleaner on our last day of stay. If you don't have one make sure to ask for it, as we struggled with mosquitos at night.
Kitchen was clean, but had some spoiled leftover food from other guests which has not been removed. It has an oven, but no baking paper or foil, so bring your own if you need it.
Bus stop is very close but a lot of places need several changes to get there and the buses are very unreliable (unless you're going to Valetta).
Shops nearby are small and have very limited fruit&veg. I'd recommend taking a bus to PAVI-PAMA supermarket and getting groceries from there.

It was easy to access; the host communicated well, and it had everything I needed for my stay. I liked the proximity to town and the bus line. The room is very nice, spacious and exceptionally clean. It was also nice to have access to the kitchen and laundry facilities.

Very nice location
Very clean and good toilet
Good shared kitchen
Good internet
The bedroom itself was very dirty, both bed and floor were full of hair and there were stains on the sheets.
Cleaning stuff not available in the weekend, only option is to ask owner to get new bed sheets, but you have to remake the bed and the room yourself
Very tight stairs, not very good with lot of luggages or strollers
