Excellent, immaculate and just right for our trip

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were well kept and clean and so were the bathrooms. The hostel is located is short walk from the city centre and the lobby is spacious and comfy.
The few things I have to complain about: There were several times when the door code was not working to get into one's room, which van very very stressful to a traveller. The kitchen was often very cramped (one sink to sometimes over five people) and could be larger to accommodate the many bodies always in that small space. The washer and dryer was not working properly and stole my money a couple of time and it should be repaired. There were are many times when I needed assistance from the reception and know one was available for long periods of time, perhaps due to bejng understaffed.

I loved that you could check in after hours! We had a late flight. It was appreciated.

Good cleanness across common areas, especially the combined toilet & washroom. Comfort of bed is fine as a hostel. But need to walk at least 1Km to city center for restaurant.
