We had a fantastic time staying at the Birchwood. Dean and Paul were welcoming hosts, helping us feel right at home for our 15th anniversary. Would highly recommend!

Top notch customer service both in hospitality and restaurant, I don't know what they are rated but it felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel and restaurant for sure! They really want to make sure everything is comfortable for you. I would definitely recommend staying here. Pitlochry town is really adorable too and it's within easy walking distance from the hotel.

The property is expertly maintained by most excellent hosts. Paul and Dean welcomed us graciously and saw our every need taken care of. The dinner and breakfast were spectacular, we would recommend this accommodation with the utmost confidence.

What was only supposed to to be a stopover on our way to Edinburgh became a highlight of the trip, all thanks to Paul and Dean’s excellent service, food (both dinner and breakfast was excellent!) and attention to details! Only regret is not staying for a couple of more nights. Will make an effort to come back 😊
