The first thing you truly need after arriving from a tiring flight is a friendly and welcoming reception. The lady at the front desk (I forgot to ask her name, but I know she is from Bolivia) was incredibly kind, helpful, and greeted me with a beautiful smile.
The check-in was quick and efficient, and she gave me useful information about how to get around the city.
The hotel is conveniently located very close to the metro, making it easy and uncomplicated to reach all the main attractions.
The hotel offers good facilities. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the rooms were well insulated, making for a peaceful stay.
The restaurant was excellent, and the relaxing lounge bar served simple snacks and meals that were surprisingly delicious.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 8 out of 10 and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The front desk staff were amazing, very helpful. The staff inside the restaurant were not very friendly.
