Breakfast is great and shout out to Ramiro.
Zuyi at front desk receptionist is so helpful and awesone. Facundo and Olga are not guests friendly and not helpful

The hotel is in a convenient location to the cruise port and the airport, but far from the city. The metro, however, is a 2 minute walk away, and will take you pretty much wherever you want to go. Staff was relatively helpful.
As far as the hotel itself, the beds need replacement. They are so soft they are difficult to get out of. The pillows are equally mushy. Our room came equipped with 3 towels for 2 people, 2 large and 1 medium. There were no washcloths at all. Room was clean, although the rug needed vacuuming. Not up to the usual Hampton standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with something for even the pickiest eater.
