Nice room, host responded to queries very quickly. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer were all very much appreciated as we needed to get ready for a wedding.

Booked a night related to work. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access and self check in and out. Good facilities and location. Very quiet! Would definitely stay again.

SixteenB is a fantastic little gem of a B&B in the heart of Dunnington, very close to York. It was a perfect little place to stay after attending a wedding at White Sykes Fields in nearby Sand Hutton.
From the word go, we had fantastic communication from the owner, giving clear instructions about accessing the key, hearing etc. We needed to access the room a little earlier then check in and they were super accommodating to help us.
The room itself was super clean with modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The room and en-suite was clearly well cared for.
We visited the cafe underneath for breakfast (different business/owner) and had an excellent breakfast. Possibly going forward it might be a great idea for both businesses if they could team up to provide breakfast within the price.
We definitely would stay again if we were in the area in future.
