Good location for the black country museum nice clean room with a kitchen and decent bathroom not keen on self check in but a good base if you want to cater for yourself very noisy at nights traffic

The property is a little run down but clean. It is very conveniently located for Dudley town centre and all attractions and amenities. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and as this turned out to be a stay during a heat wave it was a little uncomfortable and difficult to get to sleep. It's also a little noisy due to the main road, especially with the windows open.
There is no check in process other than registering your car for free parking, which is done via a tablet on arrival, so there are no staff to speak to. Entrance to the building is via a code and a separate code is required to access the individual rooms, both of which are received by email on the day of arrival. My only complaint here is the code used to access the room is a little long and can be cumbersome to enter.
All in all I was pleased with this booking given the relatively cheap room price.
