Friendly staff, clean room, quaint set-up. Very reasonably priced. Ideal location to the event we were attending.
Showed breakfast as an additional cost, however on arrival we were informed they would not be serving breakfast. This was unfortunate as we had a long journey home.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Room was absolutely spotlessly clean
Our room had quite a bit of road noise.

This is our 2nd visit to this hotel sooo ... it's a spooky old-fashioned place ... mainly because of the ancient and unusual bric-a-brac laying around ... (old child/dolls pram, rocking horse, suit of armour! for example) ... it is in need of an overhaul and this is reflected in the price but it's comfortable with good parking and close to KK's Steel Mill so I'm pretty sure well be back ... we had the downstairs room that looks on to the carpark... soft bed, big bathroom, lamp with no bulb in, some gouges in the wall and the hot water is temperamental but You Get What You Pay For ... xx
The lights flickering straight outside our room door during the night, when no-one was there, was a little unnerving

Location and price. Close to city centre and affordable. It’s a unique looking building and it has parking.
It needs updating. The hotel feels run down. The bed is hard and there was only one pillow. Also at 10am, there was a knock at the door asking when we planned to leave. Check out was listed as 11am. We felt it put us under pressure to leave.
