Had a chance to stay here for a quick work trip. The property was old and a bit run down. Overall our check-in process was smooth, the staff was really nice. However, we did have a few hiccups which did hurt our stay. Entire time we were there we did not have access to warm water despite asking the staff multiple times, finally at the time we were ready to check out. I spotted a staff member in the hallway who I brought up this issue to, he came in and checked. All he said was, oh I think the hot water is broken and cant be fixed right now. Prior to that, I asked for towels and even that never showed up. Once again I had to go down in the hallway and try finding room service to ask for help. Overall, it is a liveable place but will never be returning.

This hotel has no reception or staff in house to support you. When I arrived, I realized that I had to check, provided ID and my picture via an app. If you need anything, there was a phone number but no one picked up. The line was always busy. I had no option to text them then waited for their responses. Expedia should have a label for this type of hotel so it would not mislead travellers. The room is not as shown in the pictures. It’s much smaller. This is an old hotel and the odors from the carpet is terrible. Everytime the air conditioning runs, it makes loud noises. The coffee machine didn’t work, we asked the security guy for help. He told us that he would get someone to give us another one but no one came back. Overall, I would not come back to us hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

Our room was fine for one night. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Would be better if you could speak directly to someone instead of emails and texts. My card was charged 2 days prior to our stay, but booked with the understanding we pay upon arrival and it’s been 5 days & we have yet to receive our security deposit back.
