Very charming hotel. Loved my stay.

Pros: Really cute hotel with interesting history. Retro charm. Great location. Nice breakfast included with stay.
Cons: Lobby HVAC couldn’t keep up with the heat wave. Limited non-restaurant lobby seating - not ideal given the room size. No water available in lobby. Lowest quality, scratchiest TP I’ve used in decades.
Very small rooms but not atypical for NYC.

Beautiful hotel. Quiet. You’re paying for quality and you receive it. The location is walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. I would stay here again!
