The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were wonderful, and the hotel’s location was excellent—central to the city and within easy reach of everything. It offered great value for its prime location. The only drawbacks were the beds, which were quite firm, and the breakfast, which was overpriced for what was offered. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The location was great. The hotel was clean and in great shape. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. Roof top was also a nice surprise.

This is a lovely hotel centrally located for Old Quebec, but also within walking distance of other destinations in town. We booked a front room, which provided a great view out to the park, Dufferin Plaza, and the riverfront. The room was comfortable and clean, we tried the breakfast one day and it was yummy with lots of options, and the people at the front desk were extremely helpful on the issues we brought to them (bringing our luggage in the back way [no steps], parking). All in all this was a great stay in a beautiful city.
