The staff was very helpful getting our luggage up the stairs since there wasn't an elevator. It was also very convenient to have an excellent restaurant downstairs. Very walkable for the old town experience and to hop on hop off buses.

Very unfit people should be aware that there’s no elevator so you’ll have to climb two flights of stairs if you’re on the top floor.
Rooms look recently updated, very comfortable with good views. Excellent location right in the heart of the old town.
No valet parking so you’ll hav to make your own way to the parking garage. It’s a five minute walk to the hotel so best to drop your bags at the hotel before parking.

Wonderful 17e century building, beautifully renovated and maintained. Can’t say enough about the helpful and friendly staff. We had a beautiful view on the chateau Frontenac although being at the front of the property means you balance this view with a bit more noise. Great bar on the first floor. Such a perfect location! We would definitely book here again!
