Great value, service and cleanliness. Number of restaurants within 10 minutes and a grocery store across the street. Great for basing a London journey / Wimbledon.

From the moment that I arrived at the hotel, the service was exceptional. I had just arrived in London for a funeral, and went straight to the hotel with the hope that I could leave my luggage and maybe check in early if there was any availability at all. Alexa greeted me in reception and was so kind and helpful. She helped me arrange an early check-in. It was so thoughtful of her, and she even upgraded me to a better room. The room was clean, comfortable, and location too was lovely. I usually stay in South Kensington, so it was nice to experience a new area and Imperial Wharf had plenty of means of transportation, restaurants and cafes, and it was just a few mins walk to Worlds End and Kings Road. There were lots shops just outside and the hotel was in a very practical location. I didn’t have breakfast but tried room service a couple of times, which too was great, and it was smooth to order and pay through the QR code. More importantly food was great! I will definitely be back :) Thank you Alexa and also Shamsad for your warm welcome and brilliant service.
