I loved the staff, they were so kind about helping with my bags. The room was new and fresh with cute details, and the bed very comfy.
The shower felt great, but the draining was too slow for the volume of water and it began to flood the floor, so I turned it off quickly. Maybe some tweaking of that situation would be helpful for future.

The size of the room was really great for London accommodation. Decor , fixtures and fittings were really impressive and we were pleased with the privacy of the room.
We were a little concerned about security . It would have been easy for people in the pub to access the stairs to the rooms. I’m not sure I’d feel safe as a woman staying in my own with this arrangement. It didn’t bother us but I could see that lack of breakfast facilities could be annoying for some
