Our Host which I’m going to call T since I don’t remember how to spell his name was so helpful and kind. He gave us directions on our map on how to get around and noted many places to go see. We will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit hard to find it in the middle of a restaurant, but it’s perfectly placed.

Can’t say enough about this great little find.
It is truly a boutique hotel less then 10 rooms but very gracious size compared to most of Europes hotels we are a family of 3. The staff and management triveso are excellent. Perfectly located on the canal but actually tucked in a corner so limits noise for the most part. Everything at. Your door step and you can take the water bus just a 2 min walk.
The special room treats made it extra nice.

The property is well maintained and very clean. Great location,
walk out the door and explore Venice! The water taxi drop off is
located right across the street, so we didn't have far to go with our luggage.
