I loved everything from the room to the breakfast to the Ben Thanh Market just down the street, and to being able to walk to so many points of interest. The stars of Kin hotel, however, are the staff. Professional housekeeping and laundry was impressive! Super attentive Bellboys, Quang, Khanh, and Andrew were on top of everything. I cannot brag enough about the receptionists, Daphne, Tracy, and Serena at the front desk. They promote that sense of kinship with everything they do for their guests. I also have to mention Thao, who assists with breakfast and pulls duty at the B lobby reception desk. Those seven names I have mentioned made my stay a wonderful experience. The hotel became more than just a place to rest my head.

Staff is super friendly and willing to chat. Housekeeping does an excellent job on the room, responding to assistance and providing laundry service. Breakfast is excellent. Great variety of food and super attentive wait staff. Building recently went through renovations and the newness is a bonus for my stay. I could walk to all points of interest to me, and too many choices of places to eat that meet any budget.

Great hotel all the staff are so friendly and helpful they always seem pleased to see you and greet you with a smile. Location is great plenty of good restaurants and bars near the hotel and a 2 minute walk to the market. Good breakfast with lots to choose from and all very clean everywhere. Would stay there again when in HCMC and recommend to anyone
