The location is very good and the hotel is lovely. However, the air-conditioning in our room was not cold enough, but thankfully, the hotel assisted us immediately. Overall, it is a good hotel.

The breakfast is very plentiful, with a wide variety of choices. If you stay in rooms with city-view windows, you may experience some noise as the hotel is located right on the main street. I really enjoyed the doorman service.
The street noise continues until midnight.

The pool was a blessing and a great asset (although was a bit green in parts). The location is also very central.
The staff weren’t particularly friendly or personal. We booked a room for two adults and 1 child and had to ask for an additional pillow and towel (only 2 provided). We couldn’t get the TV to work (which they fixed for us but then the internet delay made it a little annoying) and the lamp next to the bed was broken. We also had a city view which was quite noisy.
