The owner and his family are the staff, and they are the most helpful and friendly people I've ever encountered on vacation. The owner Miguel had all the recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area me and my girlfriend asked for. He was very professional and courteous. We couldn't be more happy with the room we stayed in and the staff. They all went above and beyond our expectations.

I would highly recommend the resort for anyone wanting to get away from crowds at larger resorts. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The food and the views were top notch. There is plenty to do especially for divers and fisherman.

Casa Cenote felt like paradise when I arrived - and it only got better! I travel a fair amount, and almost never return to a place I’ve been - but I may make an exception this time! The location and rooms were picture-perfect, the swimming great, the staff wonderful…
