We arrived later in the day, so our only contact with the staff was through email and text. They were very professional and courteous. We asked the day before for a shuttle to the airport and they set it up right away for the following morning. The room was very clean and updated and very close to good restaurants near the Tiber River. For just staying 1 night, excellent service and highly recommend!

Room was large and the AC was perfect considering it was so hot during our stay. Convenient location and they gave us complimentary minibar access which was a nice extra perk. Would definitely stay here again when we go back to Rome!
