The Japanese breakfast, the size of the room, the bathroom the amenities and the staff.
The seating in the room was not as comfortable as it could have been.

good location.
the breakfast was not available to us. we were told to make reservation by 11pm which we did by 6pm and they were sold out. and it was inconvenient that the water was shut off the entire day on Monday because that likely impacted the breakfast situation. So as much as they sell you on the breakfast, you better just add it to your room from the beginning because you cannot get it ad hoc.
