The property grounds beautiful.
The staff in the hotel seemed a bit arrogant; and especially on the 11th floor concierge lounge.
The furniture a bit dated but clean overall.
House keeping wonderful.
The breakfast in the buffet on the 40th floor needs a bit of attention to food and coffee machines. Staff manning the entry were not so pleasant.

The best experience and stay we could have had, enjoyed everything about it.

The "Executive Zen " section of the hotel is easily the best deal in Tokyo because the hotel as a whole has a great variety of facilities while the Exec Zen rooms offer deep luxury not fashionable bits and pieces

Staff did their best to meet customers needs. Zen house club service was excellent and super friendly. Definetly would like to stay again.
